Tewksbury Police Investigate: Thief Stole Almost $6000 Worth Of Electronics

TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Police are investigating after thieves stole almost $6000 worth of electronics from a local T- Mobile on Monday.

At around 7:30 P.M., Tewksbury police got reports of a robbery taking place at a cell phone store at 345 Maine Street in Tewksbury. Store employees told police that someone came into the store and declined assistance from employees before grabbing several high-priced electronics, officials said.

The suspect grabbed four iPhones and four Apple Watches before heading out to the parking lot. Officers said the stolen items cost about $5,929.

A similar incident was reported at another nearby T-Mobile about an hour earlier, according to police.

Both incidents are under investigation by police.
