BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- David Price flipped the script on his years-long narrative with the three most important wins of his career over the last couple weeks--and a 1.37 ERA spanning his last four playoff appearances--and now he's declared he's sticking with the Red Sox.
"We're coming back," Price said. "I'll be here for four more years, and we wanna win another one."
Fresh off a World Series win and the time of his life in yesterday's championship parade--a feeling he said he's eager to experience again--Price plans to fulfill the seven-year agreement he made to Boston in 2015.
The lefty's still due $127 million. He went 39-19 with a 3.74 ERA the first three years of his contract, plus a 3.75 postseason ERA.

Sox legend Pedro Martinez believes Price has turned the corner.
"He finally got the monkey off his back and realized what he needs to do to actually remain successful," Martinez said. "David is just really, really smart. I believe he's gonna continue to learn, and take advantage of the things that he did this past season."
Hopefully, but Price is also 33.
Then again, if he pitches Boston to another championship before his time's up, fans won't care much about how much he's being paid when he's 37.
