LAWRENCE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Lawrence Police say that one person was shot and killed shortly before midnight on New Year's Eve.
The incident happened on Summer Street around 11:49 p.m. Tuesday night.
The victim was identified as Wilson Javier, 35, from Salem, N.H. Police found him suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities are currently investigating.
