Boston Police Investigating 3rd Deadly Shooting In 6 Days

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed Thursday night in Dorchester.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. on Woodrow Avenue when officers found a man suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.

The man was take to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made and the shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Boston Police.

This is the third shooting death in Boston in six days.

Earlier this week, 18-year-old Kareem Garnett Jr. was also shot and killed in Dorchester. That shooting was on Cameron Street. Two teenage suspects have been arrested. One of them, a 17-year-old boy, was charged with manslaughter.

On Saturday, 19-year-old Hilton Clark was shot and killed in Mattapan on Colorado Street. Currently, no one was been arrested.
