NORFOLK, Mass (WBZNewsRadio) - After catching his morning meal, a hawk ended up getting caught himself, in a soccer net.

Officials with Norfolk Animal Control and Shelter were able to cut the bird free. They soon realized the bird wasn't taking flight and decided to take the bird to the Tufts Wildlife Clinic in Grafton for further assessment.

The Tufts Wildlife Clinic treated more than 3,600 wildlife patients, including more than 2,000 birds, last year. The organization offers a number tips as to what to do if you happen to come across a sick or injured bird.
