BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — On Tuesday June 18th, 22-year-old Niko Blanco was arrested and charged with the murder of 48-year-old Ellis J. Wright. Wright's body was found in a parking lot Wednesday morning in Lawrence, MA.
Authorities were able to locate Blanco and arrest him in Manchester, New Hampshire with the help of Essex State Police, Lawrence Police, Manchester NH Police, and the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section.
This incident remains under investigation and the suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
