Arrest Made After Two Suspicious Deaths In Nashua, N.H.

NASHUA, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Attorney General John M. Formella announced that a man was arrested earlier this morning in relation to two suspicious deaths in Nashua, N.H.

Around 10:30 P.M. on Friday, Sept. 29, Nashua police officers responded to calls reporting gunshots and found an adult female and an adult male deceased upon arrival.

Nashua resident Victor Rivera was arrested earlier this morning for his alleged involvement in the shooting. Rivera is expected to be arraigned on Monday, Oct. 2 at Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Both autopsies were scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Saturday morning at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Concord. The identities of the victims are not expected to be released until the families have been notified and the autopsies are completed.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
