DOVER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Police in Dover, Mass. are investigating after a man, a woman, and their 18-year-old daughter were found dead Thursday evening.

Authorities responded to a home on Wilson's Way around 7:30 p.m. A family member had called police after stopping by the home to check on the family of three, according to the Norfolk District Attorney's Office.

At a news conference Friday, Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey identified the deceased as Teena Kamal, 54, Ariana Kamal, 18, and Rakesh Kamal, 57. Ariana was a student at Middlebury College.

Authorities said that a gun was found by Rakesh Kamal's body, and believe this was a domestic incident. However, a medical examiner has yet to determine the cause and manner of the deaths.

Morrissey said authorities do not believe there is a threat to the town of Dover. He reminded people that if they "feel unsafe" in their relationships "there is help out there and available."
