Firefighters Battle Flames At Longhorn Steakhouse

NASHUA, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Firefighters in New Hampshire knocked down a fire overnight that had broken out in the kitchen of a Longhorn Steakhouse.

More than two dozen Nashua firefighters were on scene at around 11:40 p.m. Saturday at the restaurant on Harold Drive. The first crew on scene reported seeing smoke from the rear of the building, in the kitchen area.

Once inside, firefighters saw a fire coming from around the stove and extending into the ductwork, which was quickly extinguished.

There was no one inside the restaurant at the time, and there were no injuries reported.

Crews were on scene for over an hour ejecting smoke. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the City of Nashua Fire Marshal’s office.
