WORCESTER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio)Reddit was abuzz about one posting that brought up the fact that Wikipedia's description of New England considers Worcester within the Greater Boston Area. As is custom for Massachusetts residents, arguments over geography and town lines quickly took the centerfold.

WBZ's Matt Shearer decided to take this idea to the people on the street— in Boston and Worcester.

"Worcester is like that black sheep in the family who you always love, but go find your own house," said one resident.

"It gives me abandoned factory vibes— never been there," said another.

As a follow-up question, Matt asked the public if they would sign a petition to make Worcester a neighborhood of Boston. People appeared to be more receptive to the idea in Worcester.

"Worcester is the second-biggest city in New England besides Boston. I believe it should," said L.A. Cheddar.
