Former Natick Official Is Sentenced For Role In January 6th Capitol Riots

NATICK, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — After pleading guilty in September, a woman, who used to be an official for the town of Natick, has been sentenced to serve 15 days in jail, with 30 months' probation, and to pay hundreds in restitution for taking part in the January 6 capitol riots.

According to the United States Attorney's Office, Suzanne Ianni knowingly entered restricted property without authority and was disorderly while on Capitol Building grounds that day.

Ianni was arrested for the crime almost a year ago in January, and alongside her jail sentence on Friday, was ordered to do 60 hours of community service.
