FOXBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The GOAT will be back at his old stomping grounds Sunday for a special ceremony.

Tom Brady will return to Gillette Stadium for the first time since he won a game there with the Tampa Bay Buccanneers in 2022 and the Patriots will be honoring the seven-time Super Bowl champ with a special ceremony during halftime of Sunday's game against the Eagles.

The Patriots will be streaming the ceremony online at patriots.com during halftime. The game against the Eagles kicks off at 4:25 which means halftime will likely be around 6 p.m.

The team has not given out many details about what will happen during Brady's ceremony. Patriots owner Robert Kraft dropped some hints earlier in the week.

"He's really excited and I'm excited because our fans never really got a chance to say goodbye in a proper way. And we're going to do something special and unique with him," Kraft said. "He has 20 members of his family coming...all his nephews, nieces, his sisters, his parents. So we're honored to be hosting all of them."

Kraft also said Brady will be on the field before the game.
