READING, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Reading Police rescued a hawk that struck a window Monday at Reading Memorial High School.
Officers found the hawk on the ground after being called to the high school to assist the bird.
The hawk was reported to not have been injured, only stunned following the incident. The bird was safely taken away from the high school premise.
