CHELMSFORD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A man from Waltham is accused of filming a naked boy in a locker room at Chelmsford High School.

David Menard, 54, allegedly used his cell phone to record a boy changing during a wrestling event.

The boy reported the event to wrestling coaches. Chelmsford Police Chief James Spinney described what happened next.

"Very quickly thereafter, the coaches located [Menard], approached him and detained him," Spinney said. "And basically escorted him out of the building."

Police found laptops, cameras, and other recording devices in Menard's car.

Menard will be arraigned Monday. He is charged with possessing child pornography and videotaping a nude person.
